RadioPrep is operated by Contenza K/S, Holmgade 8, 6430 Nordborg, Denmark (CVR 43349023). By buying or using a RadioPrep course you agree to these terms.

What you buy

A personal, non-transferable licence to use the course or courses you paid for, with no subscription and no time limit, for as long as we run the course. If we ever close a course, we will give you at least 12 months' notice. Prices are shown at checkout in pounds sterling and include VAT.

Your account

You sign in with a secure link sent to your email address. Courses are for your own use: please don't share your login, videos, questions or revision sheets.

Content

All lessons, videos, questions, flashcards and revision sheets are © RadioPrep, except the photographs, which are used under the licences credited on each page and in the videos. You may print revision sheets for your own use. RadioPrep is an independent course. It follows the RSGB exam syllabus and Ofcom's licence conditions but is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the Radio Society of Great Britain or Ofcom.

Exams and safety

Our mock exams follow the RSGB's published format but are not the real exam, and we can't guarantee that you will pass it. The course explains the licence and good practice for study; always follow your licence, Ofcom's guidance and safe working practice when you build and operate.

Cancellation and refunds

See our refund policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there.
